14 day returns policy
This means you may return any item (except those listed below) for exchange provided;

The items have not been used
Returned with the original packaging intact
In other words we are able to re-sell the item as unused

These are sold strictly “as is” and clearly labelled refurbished.

We do not accept any books for return unless authorised prior to purchase
We are not allowed to accept any food for return. NSW and Insurance policy guidelines clearly prohibit re selling food
Special and bulk order
Where we have been requested for non-standard items or greater than normal stock levels and have had to purchase extra stock
On Line sales
This policy covers in-store and on-line sales
We will not refund postage or associated costs
